An evening with Marilyn

Marilyn’s eyes in this picture attract all the attention. She stares at us, calls us, challenges us. The very tight framing of the image accentuates this effect. It also allows you to appreciate all the finesse of the star’s hands. She is alone in a bed, lying down and yet she loses none of her stature and confidence. She appears here as a strong and confident woman. An assurance that she unfortunately could not always keep.
