AS11-44-6609 (July 16-24, 1969): An oblique photograph of the Daedalus crater on the far side of the Moon, seen from the Apollo 11 space shuttle in lunar orbit. Daedalus has a diameter of about 50 km. This is a typical scene showing the rugged terrain on the far side of the Moon.
